I mixed up a Kahlúa Mudslide.  1.5oz Bailey's, 1.5oz Kahlúa, 1.5oz Vodka, 1.5oz Milk or Heavy Cream.  Shake it, and strain it over ice.  For flair, you can rim your glass with chocolate, and I highly recommend it.

If you've been following my video series, just like the PLEX install, you need nothing other than the FreeNAS box you built in the first video.  All of the software is free, and runs alongside your FreeNAS installation.
